Core Policy

We accept returns or replacements only if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The incorrect item is delivered

To request support:

  • Notify us within 24–48 hours

  • Share images and an unboxing video

 


 

Resolution

  • Replacement is always our first priority

  • Refunds are offered if replacement is not possible

 


 

Important Note

Due to the nature of our products:

  • Used or opened items cannot be returned

  • International orders are not eligible for returns
